We train out of conviction because we want to shape our future with young colleagues in a self-determined way. Many qualified and experienced employees help with practical learning and enable a well-prepared start to professional life.

Through our internal quality management, we are allowed to accept welding licenses and issue them to employees. Individual licenses can already be acquired during the training in case of recognizable skills. 

In addition to our participation in the "Schule Plus" project, we are also represented on the IHK examination board. This helps us to keep our eyes open and to be able to react quickly to innovations.
