Sheet metal storage

At the end of the year, we were able to install a sheet metal rack from the company ‘Böckelt Tower’. With a capacity of 3 x 25 cassettes for large formats and a bay load of up to 3 tonnes, we have taken our storage organisation to a new level. In addition, we have gained over 170 square metres of usable hall space for production.

Ivestments

column crane & vacuum lifter

In October, a new pillar crane was installed and put into operation in the working area of the shears. The vacuum suction unit, which is also new, improves the ergonomics of the workplace. Potential sources of danger for colleagues have been proactively reduced and processes simplified!

Pioneer Karl Thielmann

In 1924, it certainly took a lot of daring and optimism to set up his own business, as the consequences of inflation had hardly been overcome. Despite all this, Karl Thielmann took the decision to become self-employed and set about realizing his plans with tenacious energy. On April 1, he opened his own business in the "Stoll workshop" in Haiger- Sechshelden in the Dill district. Initially, locksmith and forging work is carried out for the agricultural sector, and a threshing machine is used to thresh grain on a contract basis. Karl Thielmann's first employee was Emil Haas, who remained loyal to the company for over five decades.
